Lauren is working on documentary expression in the 20th century. She is currently Co-Director of Photogrammar, a project which is mapping the 170,000 photographs of the Great Depression and World War II from the FSA-OWI Collection at the Library of Congress.  It is a digital and public humanities project funded by a National Endowment for the Humanities Phase II Digital Start-Up Grant.  She will be receiving her MA with a concentration in Public Humanities.  A New Orleans native, she came to Yale after receiving her BA from the University of Virginia and working in museum education at the National World War II Museum.
