Yale Environmental Humanities is delighted to host a welcome-back panel on Environmental Justice and the Environmental Humanities, to be followed by a catered reception, on Friday, September 8th, at HQ 134. Opening Remarks and Panel Discussions (with Q&As) at 4 p.m., followed by Fall Reception at 5 p.m. The Panel Discussion will feature Michel Gelobter (Executive Director of the Yale Center for Environmental Justice), Anthony Acciavatti (Diana Balmori Assistant Professor of Architecture), and Estrella Castillo (Ph.D. Student, History of Science and Medicine), moderated by Lav Kanoi (Ph.D. Candidate, Anthropology and Environment). Paul Sabin (Randolph W. Townsend, Jr. Professor of History and Professor of American Studies) will deliver opening remarks.
